Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
These Terms describe the current private-beta relationship for the Oro website, software and related services. Additional commercial terms may apply if Oro later introduces paid plans, team access or enterprise services.
Section 01
Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to the Oro website, private beta, software and related services made available under the Oro name. By requesting access, installing, accessing or using Oro, you agree to these Terms. If you use Oro for a company or team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
If a separate written agreement applies to your access, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Section 02
Private beta access
Oro is currently offered as a private beta. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn while the product is being developed. Beta features can be incomplete, experimental or materially changed before a wider release.
Do not rely on beta access as the only copy of production material. Keep independent backups of work that matters.
Section 03
Your work and files
You retain ownership of the images, prompts, workflows and other material you bring into Oro. Oro does not acquire ownership merely because the material is processed through the product.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to use the material you provide. Local files remain on your device unless you deliberately use a connected feature that sends material to a third-party or hosted service.
Section 04
Connected services
Some Oro features can connect to model providers, storage providers or other external services. Their own terms, availability, pricing and data practices may apply. Oro identifies connected work at the point of use, but third-party services remain outside Oro’s control.
You are responsible for provider accounts, credentials, usage charges and any restrictions attached to those services.
Section 05
Acceptable use
You may not use Oro to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data. You may not misrepresent generated or edited material in a way that is unlawful or intentionally deceptive.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for the intended use.
Section 06
Oro intellectual property
Oro, its interface, documentation, branding and original software are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the product during the period in which access is provided. They do not transfer ownership of Oro or grant rights to use Oro branding as your own.
Third-party libraries and components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Section 07
Feedback
If you choose to share feedback, you allow Oro to use it to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying creative work or confidential production material.
Section 08
Availability and changes
The website and beta may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Oro does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular feature set or compatibility with every device, provider or workflow. When practical, material changes that affect active beta users will be communicated through the website or the contact information attached to access.
Section 09
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oro is provided as available and without warranties that are not expressly stated in a written agreement. Generated, analyzed or transformed results can contain errors and must be reviewed before production, publication or other consequential use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 10
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities or loss of data. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent the law allows.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Section 11
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material violation of these Terms, security risk, unlawful use or conduct that threatens other users or the service. You may stop using Oro at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, will continue.
Section 12
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Oro develops. The effective date will be changed when a revision is published. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from that point, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
