Oro / Legal
Privacy and Data Handling
Effective August 28, 2026
This policy explains what the Oro website and private beta collect, when creative material leaves the device and how to request access, correction or deletion of personal information.
Section 01
Scope
This policy applies to the Oro website, beta access requests, sales and affiliate inquiries, support communication and the Oro software made available during the private beta. It does not replace the privacy terms of a provider you deliberately connect to Oro.
Section 02
Information you provide
The website collects the information you deliberately submit through a form, which can include your name, email address, company, website, audience, workflow needs and message. Administrative systems also receive ordinary technical information required to serve and protect the website, such as request time, browser information and network address.
Section 03
How information is used
Oro uses submitted information to review beta access, answer inquiries, provide support, operate the website, protect the service and understand which product problems deserve attention. Information is not sold. Marketing communication will not be added merely because you submitted a support, sales or beta request.
Section 04
Local work and creative material
Oro is designed so useful image work can remain on your device. Local projects, sources and workflow material are not uploaded to the public website merely because you use the application. Material leaves the device only when you choose a connected feature, submit it through a form or deliberately upload it to a hosted service.
Section 05
Connected providers
When you connect a model provider or another external service, the material required for that request is sent to the selected service. The provider processes that material under its own terms, pricing and privacy practices. Oro does not treat a local action as permission to send unrelated project material.
Section 06
Service providers
Oro relies on infrastructure providers for functions such as website hosting, database storage and email delivery. They receive only the information required to perform those functions and process it under their own contractual and legal obligations.
Section 08
Retention
Personal information is kept only for as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was collected, for legitimate security and operational records, or where law requires retention. A request can be removed when it is no longer needed, subject to records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Section 09
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information and administrative access. No networked system can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, provider secrets or confidential production files through a public website form.
Section 10
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information. Contact gabriel@oro.tools with the email address connected to the request so the record can be located and the request can be verified.
Section 11
Children
Oro is not directed to children and the website does not knowingly seek personal information from anyone under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.
Section 12
Changes to this policy
This policy will change as Oro introduces accounts, billing or additional hosted services. Material changes will be identified through a revised effective date and, where appropriate, a more direct notice.
Questions about these terms can be sent to gabriel@oro.tools.
